This Privacy Policy describes how Knesix Institute (”we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal advertising management application, Marketing Brain.

1. What We Do

Marketing Brain is an internal tool that connects to the Meta Marketing API to create, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This application is used solely by Knesix Institute to manage its own advertising accounts. It is not a public-facing application and does not serve third-party users or clients.

2. Information We Access

Through the Meta Marketing API, Marketing Brain accesses the following data from our own Meta ad accounts: ad campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend), ad account information (account name, ID, status), ad creative data (images, copy, and associated metadata), and audience targeting parameters. We do not access, collect, or store personal data of Facebook or Instagram users.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data accessed through the Meta Marketing API exclusively to manage and optimize our own advertising campaigns, analyze ad performance and return on investment, create and test ad creatives, and make budget allocation decisions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Campaign performance data accessed through the API is processed in real time and stored only on our secured internal systems. We do not sell, share, or distribute any data obtained through the Meta Marketing API to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain ad performance data only as long as necessary for campaign analysis purposes. Users may request deletion of any stored data by contacting us at the email address below.

6. Third-Party Services

Marketing Brain interacts solely with the Meta Marketing API. We do not integrate with or share data with any other third-party services beyond what is required to operate our advertising campaigns on Meta’s platforms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
